This is the category that quietly earns its money in metro Detroit, because the region is genuinely spread out: a hotel block downtown and a venue in Milford, Clarkston or Romeo are not a short hop, and guests who would happily drive across town will not happily drive across two counties after a reception. Price the shuttle early, with the return run included. Two regional details to settle in writing. First, where the vehicles are garaged, because a company based in Ann Arbor sending a coach to St. Clair Shores charges for the whole journey, not just the part with passengers in it. Second, the route and the drop point at the venue itself — several of this region's destination sites are rural properties with a single lane in, and a full-size coach that cannot turn around is a problem discovered at the worst possible hour.
