From June to mid-September the middle of the day is unusable outdoors, with highs of 104 to 106, so a summer ceremony is an evening one and a good photographer here builds the day backward from a sunset call time of roughly six to eight. Two costs are easy to miss. Strip resorts commonly charge an outside-vendor fee of $150 to $400 if you bring your own photographer instead of booking from the house list. And the moment you hire a paid photographer for a Red Rock ceremony the permit becomes commercial and the fee jumps to a $345 minimum. Ask who is pulling that permit before you sign either contract.
