In Las Vegas: You are marrying in a convention city, and for once that works in your favor: the rental inventory here is built for trade shows, so warehouses are deep and a late change to your chair count is rarely the crisis it would be in a smaller market. Heat and wind are the real constraints. Anything outdoors between June and mid-September needs shade, misting or fans budgeted from the start rather than added in the last month, and a tent on an open desert site needs engineering and ballast, not stakes. Ask what the quote includes for delivery and ask specifically about site access, because a truck that cannot get close to a permitted desert location becomes a labor charge for hand-carrying every chair.
