In Salt Lake City: Two questions decide a rental order here: whether the site is public land, and whether a truck can reach it. In a Salt Lake City park the ceremony permit is $226.00 per day, the application must be submitted 30 days in advance, no more than 75 people total may attend a ceremony within any of the garden areas, and Memory Grove Park cannot be permitted at all, though the Parks Division accepts applications for every other city park. On Utah state park land you need a special use permit applied for at least 30 days in advance, with a $10 application processing fee and permit fees that vary by park and start at $50; some events also require liability waivers and proof of liability insurance. Forest Service land around the Cottonwood canyons and Park City, and Park City itself, run their own permit programs, and you have to get their terms and lead times directly, because those dates govern when your rentals can land. Then ask how close the truck can park and where the crew starts carrying chairs by hand.
